Custodian – Full Time
The individual in this classification performs custodial work on City and/or Municipal Court premises.
Magistrate – Part Time
Conduct and preside over criminal/traffic/probation violation arraignments; felony initial appearances; protection order hearings; bond/bail hearings; restitution hearings; and change of plea proceedings.
Deputy Bailiff – Full Time
This position provides security for Medina Municipal Court. The Deputy Bailiff may be called upon to detain or arrest individuals failing to comply with orders of the Court or individuals with active warrants and may involve physical contact.
