If you have a court proceeding scheduled on or after Monday, 9/28/26, you will report to the new Medina Municipal Court location at 223 E. Washington St.

NO DRIVING PRIVILEGES 8/17/26 & 8/20/26

There will be no driving privileges issued or updated on 8/17/26 and 8/20/26.

As of 11/01/2024 Driving Privileges will be accepted and updated from 1:00PM - 3:00PM Monday thru Friday.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE TERMINATING CLERK WINDOW COLLECTIONS AND FILING AT 4:00 P.M.

Beginning on 8/1/24 the Clerk's customer service window will no longer accept payments of any kind or filings that require a filing fee after 4:00 P.M.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE JAIL TERMS IMPOSED AT SENTENCING

Jail terms are imposed at the time of sentencing, all necessary incarceration arrangements should be completed prior to sentencing.

Every person filing documents in this Court is responsible for providing a current email address on those documents and for maintaining current email information during the course of the proceedings.

Proof of Insurance or Financial Responsibility

Proof of insurance can be brought in person to the Medina Municipal Court for any citation, it can be mailed with payment or faxed to the Court
